This is an easy Dutch meal that I grew up with.
1 bunch of borecole (kale)
1 pot of potatoes
1 garlic sausage ring
Make potatoes into mashed potatoes using the ingredients of your choice. Boil borecole in a pot of water until soft. Drain. Mix mashed potatoes and kale. Serve with sausage on the side.
