1 can refried beans
3 avocados, peeled and mashed
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups grated nacho cheese
2 large tomatoes, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 kg bag tortilla chips
Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9-in x 12-in baking dish.
Combine avocado and lemon juice until blended. Spread over top of beans.
Combine sour cream and taco mix until blended and smooth over top.
Sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, and onions.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Serve hot or cold.
